NAT Fitness For All Program

  • Provide proper Physical Activity with an educated instructor.

The Training Method 

Based on the principle of the HIIT Program.

** Depending upon the level of Clienteles’, the training’s duration during the sets will be arranged by modifying the volume or intensity of training. 

High-Volume:

  • Increase neuromuscular adaptation and fat lipid utilization.
  • Muscle Stabilization and Endurance.

High-Intensity:

  • Increase cross-sectional area, and motor unit recruitment.
  • Increasing the rate of force production results in improving Strength and Power.

  • Wednesday : 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Friday: 11:00 am-12:00 pm

SAQ TRAINING

Speed. Agility. Quickness

What Does The SAQ Program Include?

  1. Speed techniques – Sprint Techniques, the fewer energy losses, the better athletic and sustained athletic performance.
  2. Increase in speed, agility and quickness – these are the parameters that determine if you are an advanced athlete or you are here for fun.
  3. Proper Agility and multi-directional speed for tennis players or various sports players.

The Training method to improve these bio-motor skills will utilize: Resistance, Power and Plyometric Training methods with specific SAQ drills.

For athletes, this training method demands high motivation and concentration to do your best. Give 100% of yourself to create a huge difference in your skills.

** The minimum age to participate in the program is 10+

CARDIO TENNIS (ALL Levels)

 

60 minutes of high-tempo, high intensity drills and games. This class is perfect for all tennis and fitness levels. Come ready to work hard and have fun! 8:1 Student/Coach Ratio.
